Right from the first day Print Revolution started as a business in December 2002, company marketing budgets have been kept to an absolute minimum. This fact underpins our philosophy of work.
It’s not because we’re tight with our brass and nor are we hard up. The reason we only put a few hundred pounds aside for marketing every year is because we believe that if we look after customers properly, they return. And not only do people return, but they also recommend and refer us to other people.
Client research carried out by Print Revolution in 2007 highlighted that people remain consistently loyal for three reasons:
- The friendly and personal service on offer
- The quality of the design and print
- The speed and of project turnaround
Of course, we are also passionate about minimising the impact our work has on the environment. In December 2007 we invested in the latest print technology to minimize waste and to ensure we maximized sustainable and recyclable print solutions.
We think this responsible approach to business is simple and sensible. But nothing ever stands still and we will keep on looking at ways to improve what we do. That’s why we are Print Revolution.
